Who we are
We are industry professionals who turned lived experience into action, offering trauma-informed, peer-supported recovery and workforce tools to help creatives rebuild stable, purposeful lives.
We saw too many creatives quietly drowning, fighting addiction, depression, burnout, and the pressure to survive without behavioral health support. When we lost a colleague to suicide, it lit a fire. We realized creatives didn’t just need inspiration, they needed trauma-informed care, peer-led recovery, shelter, and a real path to career stability. So we built Watch Light Pathways, a safe, healing space where purpose is reclaimed and lives are rebuilt.

Watch Light Pathways equips aspiring and working creatives with the skills, resources, and structured support needed to achieve economic self-sufficiency and long-term career success through workforce development, financial literacy, and recovery support programs.
Our Vision
We believe that no creative person should struggle alone. By offering performance-driven recovery support programs, financial education, and workforce training, Watch Light Pathways provides creatives with the tools to achieve long-term career success and economic independence. Our goal is to empower creatives to turn their passion into lasting legacies, free from financial instability, mental illness, and substance use disorder, factors that often lead to career uncertainty and a diminished quality of life.
